1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoiceNG, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About VoiceNG

VoiceNG is a Nigerian cultural entertainment platform that allows performers — including poets, spoken word artists, storytellers, and musicians — to upload performances, receive tips from fans, enter weekly cash prize challenges, run crowdfunding campaigns, and host live shows.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VoiceNG.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to VoiceNG.
• By uploading content, you grant VoiceNG a non-exclusive licence to display, share, and promote your content on the platform.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
• VoiceNG reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Tips & Payments

• Fans can send tips to performers using credits purchased on the platform.
• VoiceNG charges a platform fee on all tips and transactions.
• Payments are processed securely via Flutterwave and Stripe.
• Tips are non-refundable once sent to a performer.
• Performers can withdraw earnings to their registered bank account subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.

6. Challenges & Competitions

• Weekly challenges are open to registered performers.
• Entry fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
• Winners are determined by engagement metrics (views, likes, tips) as outlined in each challenge.
• Prize payments will be made to the winner's registered payout account within 7 business days of the challenge ending.
• VoiceNG reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to be fraudulent or in breach of rules.

7. Crowdfunding Campaigns

• Artists may create campaigns to raise funds for creative or personal projects.
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless a campaign is found to be fraudulent.
• VoiceNG may remove campaigns that are misleading or violate our community guidelines.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate engagement metrics or challenge leaderboards.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Upload spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

VoiceNG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, and technology is owned by Britewave Mental Health and Care. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the VoiceNG platform without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

VoiceNG is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Britewave Mental Health and Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
